Our trainers are our source of competitive differential advantage. We recognise that they play a crucial role in ensuring the return of investment of each training. Our trainers undergo a stringent selection process before they are selected.
Some of the prerequisites are that they must have a minimum 20 years of relevant corporate experience out of which 10 years must be at a senior management level of a multinational or local conglomerate. In addition, they must undergo 35 hours of continuing professional development on an annual basis to ensure that they remain relevant.
