PKMH Training Resources Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in early 1998 with the Vision to be a leading Sales and Marketing cum Management Development training and consulting provider in the Asia-Pacific region.
We have evolved over the years and are now recognised by our clients as specialists in Sales & Marketing, Management Development [including change and cultural management] and Improving Business English training and consultation for both public and private corporations.
Since 2011, we have ventured into other regions and now provide training to organisations in Europe, China and India in addition to the Asia-Pacific region.
The success of our firm has been built on our insights into the changing competency needs of organisations as they move through rapid and very often turbulent changes. The philosophy behind all our training and consultation assignments is that they must be seen within the context of the overall organisation, rather than a one-off initiative.
Consistent with the above philosophy, all our trainers cum consultants are professionals who have at least twenty [20] years of relevant corporate working experience out of which at least ten years have been at a Senior Management level at a multinational or local conglomerate in the field that they train. Our exacting requirements also mean that our trainers cum consultants possess a minimum eight (8) years’ of training/consulting experience and they undergo thirty-five hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in their field annually. This ensures that they continue to remain relevant.
